Homework

AFI Homework is a modern coworking space in AFI Home Kolbenova, offering flexible workstations, meeting rooms, and a comfortable environment designed to boost your productivity.

Membership operates on a monthly basis, and you can choose the length that suits you (3 months, or more).

After registration on afi-homework.com, we will send you a contract with payment details, membership conditions, and our operational guidelines.

You will also get access to our reservation system, where you can book a spot in advance, or you can use QR codes at each desk to reserve on-site

Access to the coworking space will be granted via a chip, which you'll receive after registering and paying for your membership. For residents, access will be added to your existing chip.

Membership is valid only for the individual who registered. (It is non-transferable to roommates, family members, friends etc..)

Reservation of a spot – To ensure you have a guaranteed place, it is necessary to reserve it through the booking system.

Refundable security deposit of 1.5x the price of the monthly membership

Payments are always made one month in advance

Permanent contract with 1 month notice period

Membership always starts on the 1st of the month

Opening Hours: Our coworking space is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You'll have access to fast Wi-Fi, a meeting room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge.
